Check if the Blocklist is allready in the List

Hey, it would be cool for users, that pi hole checks if the List is allready in the List. Or is this allready implemented and i dont see it? o.o

gravity pulls all duplicates at the end of its run so even if you have one blocklist multyiple times it wont naffect your overall numbers

      [✓] Extracting domains from blocklists
      [i] Number of domains being pulled in by gravity: 1770342
      [✓] Removing duplicate domains
      [i] Number of unique domains trapped in the Event Horizon: 1223377
      [i] Number of whitelisted domains: 202
      [i] Number of blacklisted domains: 1
      [i] Number of wildcard blocked domains: 1
      [✓] Parsing domains into hosts format
      [✓] Cleaning up stray matter

Implemented in v5.0 with using the gravity database. Duplicate blocklists cannot be added due to the "unique constrain".
