Blocking some domains

I don't want my camera to send out the data to any cloud.

p2p$NUMBER.cloud(-)links.(net|cn) servers) <- this is something I got from another forum, but I've got no clue on how to add this, if at all, in Pi-Hole.

Is this possible?

We may be able to help you better when you give us the link to this forum. I cannot be of much help with this cryptic string you provided

This was posted on the Domoticz forum (https://www.domoticz.com/forum).. but I don't need to block that forum. I just got that string from there.

Going to get it figured out some way.

What about blacklisting, e.g.

As I got your domain grammar right...

Edit: Maybe you start with wildcard blocking this domains and check if your camera services keep working correctly. I would further suggest to block all direct access of clients via ip-addresses, if your router allows such settings. Many devices have "hardwired" IP addresse, that are accessed.

I think that's a good idea. The DNS server does not support RegEx domain blocking so you wouldn't have much fun with such a filter string as was suggested on this forum.
