Add option for Custom DNS entries in "Upstream DNS Servers" panel

Under "Settings -> DNS -> Upstream DNS Server", I find the PiHole's available and commonly known DNS providers. Would welcome the option to manually add more DNS providers in a "Custom" field entry.

I.e. OpenDNS Family Shield with their DNS servers 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.

You can already add new upstream servers:
